Terms of Service
These Terms apply to FuturePlay VR websites, event registration tools, queue systems, SMS notifications, payment flows, and operator-supported VR event experiences.
Event participation
Participation is subject to event availability, operator approval, safety requirements, equipment availability, venue rules, age eligibility, and any event-specific restrictions.
Queue access
Joining a queue does not guarantee immediate play or a specific session time. FuturePlay VR may pause, reorder, cancel, or close queues for operational, safety, technical, payment, or venue reasons.
Payments and reservations
Paid experiences may require authorization, capture, cancellation, or release of payment depending on the event workflow. Pricing, availability, and refund handling may vary by event and venue.
SMS notifications
FuturePlay VR may send session-related text messages, including registration links, queue updates, turn notifications, cancellation options, and post-experience surveys. Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per event/session. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
Safety and operator instructions
Guests must follow operator instructions, equipment rules, venue policies, and safety guidance. FuturePlay VR may refuse or stop participation if a guest appears unable to participate safely or violates event rules.
Minors and guardians
Minors may require guardian acknowledgment or supervision depending on the event, venue, and experience type. A guardian may be required to provide or confirm consent before participation.
Media and marketing consent
Some events may request optional consent for photos, videos, or promotional use. Participation in VR services is separate from optional marketing consent unless event-specific materials state otherwise.
Service availability
The website, queue system, SMS delivery, payment services, and event tools may be unavailable or delayed due to connectivity, third-party services, venue conditions, or operational issues.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FuturePlay VR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, queue tools, event services, or third-party service interruptions.
Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact FuturePlay VR through the contact method listed on the website or your event materials.
These Terms are operational starter terms and should be reviewed by legal counsel before relying on them as final legal terms.
